Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We process orders 5 days a week so if your order is completely in stock and placed before 2pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be collected by a courier on Monday excluding national Bank Holidays.
If an in stock order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day Monday to Friday.
If your order contains something that is currently out of stock, for example a pre-order product the order will not be shipped until all products for the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Our courier will then send tracking information for your order.

DPD: Estimated Delivery Time: Next working day Monday to Friday
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 working days Monday to Friday
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 working days Monday to Friday
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free delivery on all orders over £60. Free delivery orders will be sent either via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD.
RETURNS
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. Travelling Man Limited reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction for the loss in value of any goods supplied - if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged (see below).
How to return your product(s):
To return your product, please email info@travellingman.com with your order number and reasons, and post your product to:
United Kingdom
(You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Product arrived damaged or defective:
Products with manufacturing faults or products received by the customer already damaged, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. We will endeavor to replace your product with the same product, if possible. If this is not possible, we will refund the full amount.
