Quick – name something fun to play beginning with the letter S! Slide whistle? Slot machine? How about Splurt – the hilarious fast-reaction word game! Flip a card and be the first to shout out an answer that matches the clues.

Can you name an animal containing 5 letters? A song ending in E? Think fast – say it first – win Splurt!

How to play:

Pull out a stack of 20-40 cards, depending on how long you want to play. This will be the Splurt! deck for the game – put the remaining cards off to the side.

Flip the top card to reveal its black side and place it to the right of the deck. All players race to be the first to call out an answer that matches the criteria. Whoever calls out a correct answer first collects the black card. Flip over the new top card to begin the next round.

The game ends when there is only one Splurt! card remaining. The player with the most cards wins the game!
