WHY DIDN'T YOU CHOOSE ME?

After Fuuko maliciously confesses her affair with Yuni to Nanase, Yuni must make a choice: her girlfriend Nanase who she loves but has been neglected by, or Fuuko who showers her with affection. But how long can the peace last when Fuuko asks to see Yuni again?
